Shipping Policy

Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand our process.

 

Delivery Timeframe

  • Orders shall be fulfilled by a third-party logistics provider
  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days.
  • Delivery typically takes 4-7 business days, depending on your location and potential variations based on the third-party logistics providers network.
  • During peak seasons or special promotions, delivery may take a little longer, but we’ll always keep you informed.

Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid Orders: Free shipping is provided on the basis of location and cart value
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Not available

Serviceable Locations

  • We currently deliver across India. However, certain pin codes may be unserviceable due to logistics limitations of our third-party logistics provider. If your area is not serviceable, we’ll notify you.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email or SMS with tracking details. Use the link provided to monitor your shipment’s progress.

Non-Delivery Areas

  • Orders placed with unserviceable pin codes may be cancelled. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days in such cases.

Information collected by Third party logistics providers

  • We use a third-party logistics provider (3PL) to fulfil all orders, which require sharing your information with such service provider, the use of which is not in our control. Please read the privacy policy of such third-party logistics providers carefully

Force Majeure

  • Company will not be deemed in default hereunder or held responsible for any cessation, interruption or delay in the performance of its obligations hereunder including for delays in deliveries or damages to goods delivered due to occurrences of earthquake, flood, fire, storm, natural disaster, act of God, war, terrorism, armed conflict, labor strike, lockout, or boycott.

· For damaged products received, please contact us along with photos of damaged product and packaging along with your shipping invoice.

· Our customer care team is available to assist you during 10am to 6pm(Mon-Sat).
